CMTC Program Book
The CMTC Program Book is similar to a headbook and contains the Contestants black & white photo. This is an excellent opportunity for Models & Talent to be promoted
to Agents & Scouts in attendance. The Program Book ensures that the Contestant's photo and Contestant number is at the Agent's fingertips at all times! In the centre of the Program Book you will find
the official CMTC convention weekend itinerary. In the CMTC Program Book, you will also find advice written by Agents and Industry Experts.
Business or individuals who sponsor CMTC Contestants $25.00 or more will be listed on the Sponsor page in the Program Book provided the Contestant submits their sponsor list
prior to CMTC by March 1st, 2012.
The final page of the CMTC Program Book titled "Callbacks" is provided for the Agents/Scouts to circle the Contestant numbers of those they wish to interview during Callbacks taking place on Sunday May 6th. There is no fee for Models/Talent to appear in the CMTC Program Book provided their photo is received before the deadline date of March 1st, 2012 and the Contestant's balance has been received in full along with completed registration forms. All headshot photos must be received at the CMTC Office by March 1st, 2012 in order to be guaranteed to appear in the Program Book. CMTC accepts images by e-mail only provided they are in a high resolution and JPEG format. Please include the following information in your e-mail; Contestant's name, School/Agency Name (if applicable) and division. |
